Conflict of interest policy
In compliance with regulations, CARYATID SGP has put in place organisational measures and procedures.
administrative procedures to detect and manage conflicts of interest that may arise in the course of the
implementation of collective management services.
The prevention and management of conflicts of interest within the Management Company fall within the scope of
the general principles laid down by the AIFM Directive and its Delegated Regulation, in particular the following
following obligations :
– establish a policy for managing conflicts of interest ;
– detect situations of conflict of interest ;
– keep a register of conflicts of interest;
– inform customers when conflicts of interest cannot be resolved.

Compensation policy
CARYATID SGP has implemented a remuneration policy designed to protect the interests of its clients,
but also its sustainability policy from a dual materiality perspective.
Part of the variable remuneration of SGP executives is thus indexed to the achievement of ESG objectives.
Applicable regulations
CARYATID SGP is committed to respecting the rules governing the protection of privacy and personal data, i.e. any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, to which it has access in the course of its activities.
CARYATID SGP undertakes to comply with the regulations applicable to all processing of personal data and to ensure a high level of protection of personal data to which it has access.
CARYATID SGP only collects and processes personal data that is strictly necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
Any person concerned by the processing of their DCP has :
– a right of access ;
– a right of rectification ;
– a right to limit the processing of DCP concerning her;
